Jake Built Metal Fab has been a goal of Jake Salenbien since he was 13 years old. He quickly developed a passion for welding and began working at a welding shop straight out of high school to begin learning everything he could.
Jake put himself through The Monroe Community College Welding Program while working full time earning an American Welding Society 6G Schedule 80 Pipe Certification. A few short years after graduating, he returned to learn AutoCad.
After working at a welding and fabrication shop for over 20 years, Jake decided it was time to fulfill his lifelong dream and started Jake Built Metal Fab.
